DGK Construction Ltd rely on their good name, quality of workmanship and their ability to create added value to their client, which generates further work with the same clients.
However, this does not usually generate growth in the company as the said clients tend to issue tenders of a similar size each time. Having said that, developers and venture capitalists will always look to invest in a company showing steady and strategic growth.
The word " steady " is very important to us, as we are a relatively small company in the construction world and we like to carefully monitor everything that leads to profit and growth.
Ideally we wish to generate growth in our carpentry and building extensions. We would like to think this is a good niche market that we can explore. We will have a strategy for this growth, see next paragraph, as we do not like surprises.
We can generate growth by advertising the business by word of mouth, social networking, partnering and marketing.
The three main issues we are working on are:
First on the list is a great looking and fast website. We have contracted a proven web developer to design and develop the website and then to manage the performance and SEO, update the site regularly and report back to us on a quarterly basis. This is proven to be the best marketing tool even in front of social media.
The SEO for the website will be managed by our web developer, whilst the SEO on the social media platforms will be managed by a third party specialist with a very good track record. Reports to the Directors will be website, quarterly, Facebook and LinkedIn will be monthly.
SEO will be monitored via Google.
If our ranking reaches a high level but very few leads have been generated we will look into the use of Google Ads and social media ads where cost is defined by the adverts click through rate.
Google ads and Facebook ads have an excellent record for growth of brand.
